“九五”时期以来,重庆市科委在科技部支持下积极推进科技促进三峡移民工作取得显著成效。六年来科技部共下达给重庆市科技促进三峡移民开发重点项目34项,拨款1808万元,连同其它方面下达给重庆库区的科技项目,科技部拨款资助达3000万元以上。重庆市科委匹配拨款也在3000万元以上。截止2001年底已有17个项目圆满完成。据不完全统计,已为重庆库区增加产值12.4亿元,
