本文主张老师在具体的教学中与学生拉开距离,扮演“旁观者”的角色,观察学生如何学,只在需要时,在旁做出指点。这样做的目的是充分发挥学生的主动学习的积极性,同时又避免了老师为了要和学生有情感共鸣而必须的矫情。
This paper advocates that teachers should be apart from students in specific teaching and play the role of “bystander” to observe how students learn and only give advice when needed. The purpose of doing so is to give full play to students’ active learning initiative, while avoiding the teachers in order to have emotional resonance with the students and the necessary hypocritical.
