档案与信任天生相连,为信任立言佐证,是记录和再现乡村集体记忆,唤醒乡民共同价值、信仰和行动取向的有力媒介,乡村档案文化建设需要关照社会认同的理念。“文化强国”建设的时代背景,乡村“寻根”文化的建设诉求以及档案机构自身功能拓展的现实渴望都成为乡村档案文化建设的重要内在推动力。乡村档案文化建设需要具备一定的经济基础,同时建构合理的制度规范和运行体系作为支撑,并不断丰富和完善乡村档案资源体系。
It is a natural medium for recording and reproducing village collective memories and awakening common values, beliefs and actions of villagers. The construction of village archives culture needs to take into consideration the concept of social identity. The background of the era of “building a nation with a strong culture”, the demand of building a “root-seeking” culture in the countryside, and the realistic desire to expand its own functions have all become an important internal driving force for the construction of the rural archival culture. The construction of rural archives culture needs to have some economic foundation, at the same time to build a reasonable system of regulation and operation system as a support, and continue to enrich and improve the rural archival resource system.
