贵州省三都水族自治县家家乐超市老板杨盛芳,是一位水族青年。经过18个春秋的艰苦创业、奋力拼搏,使他创办的个体工商户形成了社会主义新型的劳资关系,被黔南州评为“双爱双评”先进个人。杨盛芳原是三都县食品公司饲养场职工,因该场经营效益不好,1984年4月停产。当时年仅24岁的他,决心自谋生路,以仅有的500元和三都县农行2000元小额信贷帮扶起家,创办了全县第一家超市——家家乐超市。
