近年来的研究表明,葛根有显著的扩张脑血管、改善脑循环的作用。也有人用它治疗突发性耳聋。但由于对葛根治疗耳聋的药理作用尚未进行深入研究,对其疗效也评价不一,因而目前尚未广泛应用于临床。故必须进行实验性研究以肯定其药理作用。本工作用快速强耳毒药物——利尿酸钠造成豚鼠内耳感觉神经性聋的病理模型,用听觉电生理学方法,采用鼓阶内引导电极引导内耳微音电位(CM)及听神经动作电位(A_PN_1),以A_PN_1的阈值变化,以A_PN_1和CM幅值变化的西分率作为指标,观察葛根是否具有对抗利尿酸钠耳中毒的作用。

In this work, a rapid and strong ototoxic drug, sodium thiourea, was used as a pathological model of sensorineural hearing loss in the inner ear of guinea pigs. Using auditory electrophysiological methods, the inner ear was used to guide the inner ear microacoustic potential (CM) and the auditory nerve action potential (A_PN_1). ), using A_PN_1 threshold changes, using A_PN_1 and Western fraction of CM amplitude changes as indicators to observe whether Gegen has anti-dysthemic ear poisoning effect.
