中青年(40岁以下)脑梗塞国内报道较少,据统计35～40岁年龄组卒中的年发病率为25/10万。现将笔者自1986年以来诊治的经 CT 扫描证实的中青年脑梗塞36例分析如下。临床资料本组36例,年龄24～40岁,平均36.4岁。男27例,女9例,病程从半天到4年。前次卒中起病就诊者29例,多次卒中者7例。安静时起病15例,活动时起病11例,其余不详。
Young people (40 years of age) fewer reports of cerebral infarction, according to statistics 35 to 40 years of age the annual incidence of stroke was 25/10 million. Now the author since 1986 diagnosis and treatment of CT scan confirmed 36 cases of young and middle-aged cerebral infarction as follows. Clinical data The group of 36 patients, aged 24 to 40 years, mean 36.4 years. There were 27 males and 9 females, the course of which ranged from half a day to 4 years. In the last stroke, 29 patients were diagnosed as stroke and 7 were multiple stroke. Quiet onset of 15 cases, 11 cases of onset of activity, the remaining unknown.
