一、前言国内汽车、内燃机行业为了缩小与工业发达国家间的差距,将发动机进行了改型换代。改型后的发动机对凸轮轴的制造精度,尤其对凸轮的形面精度均提出了较高的要求,由原来的形面允差±0.05~±0.08mm,提高到±0.015~±0.025mm,但是目前我国所生产的凸轮轴磨床是满足不了以上精度要求的。如何使凸轮轴磨床适应汽车、内燃机行业的发展,是我们磨床制造厂工程技术人员的当务之急,为此,对提高凸轮轴磨削形面精度进行了探讨。二、凸轮轴磨床的磨削特点
