众所周知,在世界各国铁路线上,占主导地位的钢轨是普通碳素钢轨。由于铁路运输的强化,钢轨强度级不断提高,对矿山线路,小半径曲线等特殊地段用轨提出的要求更为苛刻。世界各国从五十年代起,研制了含常规合金化元素硅、锰以外的合金钢轨,生产了热处理强化轨,σ_b均达到110kgf/mm~2以上,近来又生产了σ_b≥150kgf/mm~2的超高强钢轨。
As we all know, in the world’s railway lines, the dominant rail is ordinary carbon rails. Due to the strengthening of railway transportation, the strength level of the rail continuously improves, and the requirements put on the rails for the special sections such as the mine line and the small radius curve are more demanding. Since the 1950s, all countries in the world have developed alloyed rails with conventional alloying elements such as silicon and manganese, and have produced heat-strengthened rails with σ_b values above 110kgf / mm ~ 2. Recently, they have also produced σ_b≥150kgf / mm ~ 2 Ultra-high strength rail.
