用紫外、红外及透射电子显微镜研究了纯C_(60)/SA LB膜的结构和拉膜过程中膜结构的变化;考察了C_(60)/C_(70)LB膜、C_(60)/C_(70)BA LB膜的耐磨性及摩擦特性.结果表明,在压膜过程中,纯C_(60)/SA Langmuir膜逐渐由无定形向微晶转变;纯C_(60)/SALB膜的紫外和红外谱与纯C_(60)相比出现了新峰,且红外谱图中—OH的吸收峰消失;C_(60)在LB膜中是主要的耐磨相,使LB膜的耐磨寿命大大提高.
The structure of pure C 60 / SA LB film and the change of the film structure during the drawing process were studied by ultraviolet, infrared and transmission electron microscopy.
