铁磁金属玻璃结构均匀、各向同性、没有晶界、位错等缺陷,它的机械强度高,韧性强、耐腐蚀性良好、电阻率高、容易磁化,所以它既是一种理想的弹塑性固体,又是一种良好的软磁材料。熔融金属在10~6K/S速度下急冷凝固,以100KM/hr连续地一步制成非晶态薄带。金属破璃既有优异的物理、化学特性,又有如此简便的制作工艺,所以引起了科学工程界极大的兴趣。本文以节能时代最受关注的高磁感铁基非晶为中心,列举了FeBC、FeBSi和FeSiCB系当前的研究及发展现状,并指出非晶变压器必须在节约电力和降低价格上具有竞争能力。优良的配电变压器和功率变压器铁芯材料,除了高磁密外,提高热稳定性,改善变压器工作温度(75~125℃)下的磁性、减低损耗和激磁功率都显得十分重要。微晶化的高频(20~100KHz)铁磁金属玻璃也是值得重视的发展动向。

In this paper, the current research and development status of FeBC, FeBSi and FeSiCB series are focused on the most popular high-Fe-based amorphous alloys in the energy-saving era. It is pointed out that amorphous transformers must be competitive in saving electricity and reducing prices. Excellent distribution transformer and power transformer core material, in addition to high density, improve thermal stability, improve the transformer operating temperature (75 ~ 125 ℃) under the magnetic, reduce losses and excitation power are very important. Microcrystalline high-frequency (20 ~ 100KHz) ferromagnetic metallic glass is also worthy of attention to the development trend.
