仲钨酸铵热分解是制备蓝色氧化钨的重要工艺过程,其分解产物—各变价态氧化物相的含量的测定对于控制工艺过程是十分重要的。本文利用理论参考强度因子(K值)的计算和巧妙地利用APD-10全自动X射线仪的S/M(检索/匹配)功能,对仲钨酸铵热分解过程中诸变价态氧化物相进行定量相分析。该方法简便易行,避免了制取标样的困难,实现了无标X射线定量相分析。
Ammonium paratungstate thermal decomposition is an important process for the preparation of blue tungsten oxide, the decomposition of the product - each variable valence oxide phase content determination for the control of the process is very important. In this paper, the calculation of theoretical reference intensity factor (K value) and clever use of the APD-10 automatic X-ray S / M (search / match) function, thermal decomposition of ammonium paratungstate in the process of quantitative analysis of variable phase oxide phase analysis.
