担任村支书、村委主任及镇党委副书记多年的周腊成被一场廉政风暴掀翻在地,与其同时落马的还有19名党员干部,其中15人被司法机关处理。晋城市中级人民法院以职务侵占罪、行贿罪、偷税罪等判处周腊成有期徒刑20年,处罚金20万元。晋城市纪委宣布:开除周腊成党籍。除此之外,还有88名党员干部被牵连其中。腐败窝案涉及的108人当中,处级干部31人,乡科级干部60人,一般党员干部17人。在感慨反腐风暴威力无比之时,人们也在叹息:一个小小的“乡村干部”何以能引出一串长长的腐败名单?
