故障现象开机自检正常通过,选择I台透视状态,FKV显示110 kV调节FKV旋钮不起作用,按下透视开关,曝光灯亮,但无mA指示,无X线发生。故障分析和检修按下透视开关时曝光灯亮,说明透视KF接触器控制电路正常。打开滑轮箱控制柜检查,在透视状态下,测量透视高压初级电路JX3-V1、JX3-V2线端无电压,检测到RF电阻两端电压很高而且有明显的烧坏现象。
Symptom The power-on self-test is normal. The IKV status is selected. The FKV display shows that the 110KV FKV knob does not work. Press the fluoroscopy switch. The exposure lamp is on, but no mA indication and no X-ray occurs. Fault analysis and troubleshooting Press the fluoroscopy switch when the exposure light is on, indicating that the perspective KF contactor control circuit is normal. Open the pulley box control cabinet inspection, in the perspective state, the measurement of high voltage circuit JX3-V1, JX3-V2 no voltage at the end of the line, the RF resistor is detected at both ends of the voltage is high and there are obvious burnout phenomenon.
