中共十七大首次提出了在初次收入分配中要体现公平,意在遏制近年收入分配状况恶化、贫富差距不断扩大的趋势。解决好初次分配中的不公平问题,就能化解社会矛盾、维护社会稳定、保障人民群众安居乐业。
For the first time, the 17th CPC National Congress proposed to show fairness in the initial income distribution and to curb the worsening income distribution in recent years and to widen the gap between the rich and the poor. Solving the unfair issue in the initial distribution will be able to resolve social conflicts, safeguard social stability and ensure people’s livelihood.
