针对目前制备AgO粉末存在粒度大、含量低以及废液造成环境污染等问题,采用化学沉淀法制备超细过氧化银粉末,通过反应热力学和动力学讨论了各因素对制备工艺的影响,并采用XRD、XPS、SEM对粉末进行表征。结果表明,最佳制备工艺为:反应温度60℃,m(K2S2O8)/m(AgNO3)=5,m(KOH)/m(AgNO3)=2.5,反应时间为20min。制备的AgO含量为91.02%,粒度为100~300nm,属于单斜晶系且具有短棒状形貌。粉末中只含有Ag、O、C3种元素,主要为Ag+、Ag++的氧化物。
In order to solve the problems of large particle size, low content and environmental pollution caused by waste liquid, the preparation of AgO powder is carried out by chemical precipitation method. The influence of various factors on the preparation process is discussed by the reaction thermodynamics and kinetics. XRD, XPS, SEM powder characterization. The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were as follows: the reaction temperature was 60 ℃, the reaction time was 20min, m (K2S2O8) / m (AgNO3) = 5, m (KOH) / m (AgNO3) = 2.5. The prepared AgO content is 91.02%, the particle size is 100 ~ 300nm, belongs to the monoclinic system and has a short rod-like morphology. Powder contains only Ag, O, C3 kinds of elements, mainly Ag +, Ag + + oxide.
