矿井开采环境特殊,安全隐患多,如何实时监测和采集节点的各种信息,随时掌握井下每个人员的位置及环境情况,是煤矿企业亟待解决的一个难题。本文提出了一种由单片机MPS430F1232和射频芯片nRF24L01构成的矿井下的无线传输系统,该系统的传感器群对井下温度、湿度等参数进行集中监测,所测参数经微控制器送往射频模块,射频模块nRF24L01对信号发送、接收。并详细叙述了系统的硬件和软件设计。试验表明:该系统具有功耗低、成本少、传输速率高等特点,适用于煤矿井下人员定位和环境状况的测控。
Mine mining environment is special, many hidden dangers, how to monitor and collect all kinds of information in real time, keeping track of the location and environment of each person underground, is a difficult problem for coal mining enterprises to be solved. In this paper, we propose a wireless transmission system in mines which consists of single chip MPS430F1232 and RF chip nRF24L01. The sensor group of this system conducts centralized monitoring of downhole temperature, humidity and other parameters. The measured parameters are sent to RF module by micro-controller, Module nRF24L01 send and receive signals. Described in detail the system hardware and software design. The experiment shows that the system has the characteristics of low power consumption, low cost and high transmission rate. It is suitable for the monitoring and control of coal mine personnel positioning and environmental conditions.
