本文应用免疫组化方法,对36例临床疑为流行性出血热(EHF)患者皮肤活检组织中的小血管内皮细胞、汗腺及汗管上皮细胞中的EHF病毒7D1抗原进行了定位,旨在对EHF的早期病变进行免疫组化诊断。检测结果表明,23例呈阳性,阳性物主要见于血管内皮、汗腺及汗管上皮细胞胞浆内,呈棕黄色颗粒或均匀的阳性反应,部分竖毛肌也呈阳性反应。此外,可见小血管内皮细胞肿胀、增生,部分汗管上皮有肿胀变性等病变。本文结果显示,采用抗EHF病毒的单抗7D1定位皮肤组织中的EHF病毒抗原,是早期诊断EHF简便而有效的方法。本文还就皮肤活检组织的取材及固定方法提出几点注意事项。
In this paper, immunohistochemical methods were used to locate the 7D1 antigen of EHF virus in small blood vessel endothelial cells, sweat glands and synovial epithelial cells in 36 skin biopsy specimens from patients with suspected clinical epidemic of hemorrhagic fever (EHF) EHF early lesions for immunohistochemical diagnosis. The test results showed that 23 cases were positive, the main positive material found in the vascular endothelium, sweat glands and sweat tube epithelial cells within the cytoplasm, brown granules or uniform positive reaction, part of the vertical hair muscle also showed a positive reaction. In addition, we can see small blood vessel endothelial cell swelling, hyperplasia, some sweat tube epithelial swelling and degeneration and other diseases. Our results show that the use of anti-EHF monoclonal antibody 7D1 localized skin tissue EHF virus antigen, EHF early diagnosis is a simple and effective method. This article also on the skin biopsy and drawing method of fixing a few points to note.
