美《医学论坛报》第21卷第6期(1980年)报道东京消息:在第九届世界妇产科联合会议的附属专题讨论会上,几位研究人员报告了一种药物——Cefoxitin,即半合成头孢菌素,在美国已被批准用于临床,对妇女的许多感染有效。在新奥尔良,路易斯安那州立医科大学妇产科的米卡尔(Abe Mickal)说,Cefoxitin作为抗微生物的单用药物,已显示出较好的前途。在101例由阴道作子宫切除术病人的研究中,53例给予Cefoxitin,48例给予安慰剂。
TOKYO, Twentieth, Sixth (1980) REPORT TOKYO News Tokyo: At a joint symposium at the Ninth World Gynecology and Obstetrics Joint Conference, several researchers reported that a drug, Cefoxitin, Semi-synthetic cephalosporins, which have been approved for clinical use in the United States, are effective against many infections in women. In New Orleans, Obstetrics and Gynecology at Louisiana State Medical University’s Abe Mickal said Cefoxitin has shown promise as a monotherapy for antimicrobials. In a study of 101 patients who underwent vaginal hysterectomy, 53 were given cefoxitin and 48 were given placebo.
