60Co照射所致再障小鼠IL-1显著低于正常,补肾中药(补肾生髓Ⅰ号方)治疗后,IL-1活性明显增加;再障小鼠IL-6活性显著低于正常,治疗后IL-6水平增高至接近正常,且与IL-1呈显著正相关(r=0.904);再障小鼠IL-2的产生较正常明显增多,治疗组IL-2水平虽有所下降但无统计学意义。结果表明补肾中药可通过调节免疫活性因子IL-1、IL-6、IL-6的活性而促进骨髓造血重建。
IL-1 in mice with aplastic anemia caused by 60Co irradiation was significantly lower than normal, and the activity of IL-1 was significantly increased after treatment with a kidney-reinforcing traditional Chinese medicine (Bushen Shengui I). The activity of IL-6 in the mice with aplastic anemia was significantly lower than normal. The level of IL-6 increased to nearly normal and was positively correlated with IL-1 (r=0.904). The production of IL-2 in aplastic anemia was significantly increased compared with normal, although the level of IL-2 in the treatment group was somewhat increased. Decline but not statistically significant. The results showed that kidney-invigorating Chinese herbs can promote bone marrow hematopoietic reconstitution by modulating the activity of the immune-active factors IL-1, IL-6, and IL-6.
