近年来,砖砌女儿墙出现开裂渗漏,屡见不鲜且久治不愈,尤其是体型较长以及女儿墙高度较大的房屋更为突出。女儿墙裂缝既损伤外观立面效果,又引起渗漏,影响房屋使用功能,而且维修操作比较麻烦,是建筑工程中较为突出的质量通病之 引起女儿墙开裂的原因是多方面的,主要与温度变形、施工质量、环境影响、设计构造等因素有关。 1.温差裂缝。众所周知,混凝土线胀系数比砖砌体大一倍左右,且屋面接受太阳辐射热比墙面大得多。特别是在夏季,屋面结构剧烈的温度变形,引起女儿墙根部砌体产生较大的剪拉应力,当温度应力大于砌体抗剪拉应力时,必然产生裂缝。
