本文以全合成饲料喂养的大鼠为研究对象,观测了硒、锰对大鼠体内的超氧化物歧化酶的影响。结果表明,单纯低硒组与低硒高锰组心肌,肝脏的超氧化物歧化酶的活性均明显低于对照组,且低硒高锰组心肌超氧化物歧化酶的活性又明显低于单纯低硒组。由此而得出结论,高锰会更加重低硒状态下的大鼠心肌的抗氧化系统的失衡。
In this paper, the whole synthetic diet fed rats as the research object, the selenium and manganese in rats observed superoxide dismutase. The results showed that the activity of superoxide dismutase in myocardium and liver of the group with low selenium and the group with low selenium and high manganese were significantly lower than that of the control group and the activity of myocardial superoxide dismutase was significantly lower than that of the group with low selenium and high manganese Low selenium group.
