用人参皂甙怍用于短期体外培养的 ARS 细胞,取盖片或搜集瘤细胞,油镜下测量200个瘤细胞、核及核仁的直径(μm)。对照组:细胞9.77;核6.57;核仁2.96;核质比值0.68。实验组:细胞9.24;核5.61;核仁2.75;核质比值0.61。核仁 P<0.01,其余 P<0.001。实验组瘤细胞、核、核仁及核质比值均明显减小。核质比值小于0.5的小细胞增多,核仁亦减小的小细胞,形态近似巨噬细胞。扫描电镜观察见实验组小细胞增多,表面微绒毛减少,出现皱褶。透射电镜观察见实验组瘤细胞内细胞器增多;线粒体变小,数量增多,大小一致,分布规则,均提示细胞趋向分化。实验组瘤细胞内非特异性酯酶和颗粒增多;吞噬 Polystyrene胶乳颗粒的细胞,由对照组的77.5%增至98.5%;
Ginsenosides 人 used for short-term in vitro culture of ARS cells, take cover or collect tumor cells, measuring 200 tumor cells under the oil microscope, nuclei and nucleoli diameter (μm). Control group: cells 9.77; nuclei 6.57; nucleoli 2.96; nuclear matter ratio 0.68. Experimental group: cells 9.24; nucleus 5.61; nucleoli 2.75; nuclear ratio 0.61. Nucleolus P <0.01, the remaining P <0.001. The experimental group tumor cells, nuclear, nucleolar and nuclear ratio were significantly reduced. Small cells with a ratio of nuclear to cytoplasm less than 0.5 increased, small cells with reduced nucleolus and morphologically similar to macrophages. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the experimental group of small cells increased surface microvilli reduce wrinkles. Transmission electron microscopy showed that the experimental group of tumor cells organelles increased; mitochondria smaller, the number increased, the same size, distribution rules, suggesting that cells tend to differentiate. In the experimental group, non-specific esterase and granules increased in the tumor cells; cells swallowed with Polystyrene latex particles increased from 77.5% to 98.5% in the control group;
