采用访谈法和问卷法,以中国大陆地区15个办事处的212名企业外派营销人员为被试,分析不同的婚姻状况引起的组织支持感差异,并探讨与感情承诺和工作满意度的关系。结果显示:不同婚姻状况的外派营销人员在组织支持感总分上存在显著差异;组织支持感正向预测工作满意度和感情承诺;工作满意度在组织支持感和感情承诺间起完全中介作用。
Using interviews and questionnaires, 212 overseas-based marketing staff from 15 offices in mainland China were selected as subjects to analyze the differences in organizational support due to different marital status and to explore the relationship between emotional commitment and job satisfaction . The results showed that there was a significant difference in the organizational support scores for the expatriate marketers with different marital status; the sense of organizational support positively predicted job satisfaction and emotional commitment; job satisfaction played a complete mediating role between organizational support and emotional commitment .
