领导行为是领导者在领导过程中的所作所为,领导者在领导过程的不同阶段中,因情境和任务需要会表现出不同的领导行为。领导行为作为领导者自身价值观、行为动机的外在表现,是影响组织氛围的关键性要素,是企业管理活动中的重要输入,其对组织凝聚力的影响毋庸置疑。在人力资源管理中,通过变革型领导行为强化心理资本开发对提升管理效率、增加人力资本总量具有直接的促进作用。基于心理资本开发的人力资源管理需要加强组织领导,主动变革,通过加强职位分析,合理安排人员,强化业务培训,改进激励措施等方法来激发人力资源原动力。
