为认真落实科学发展观和省委提出的又好又快发展要求,大兴安岭地区提出“利用两到三年时间再造两个大兴安岭”的发展目标。以此为契机,大兴安岭地区应强化林业改革,促进大兴安岭生态功能型经济的腾飞。
In order to conscientiously implement the scientific concept of development and the sound and rapid development requirements put forward by the provincial party committee, the Daxinganling region proposed the development goal of “rebuilding two Daxinganling Mountains in two to three years”. Taking this as an opportunity, the Greater Hinggan Mountains should strengthen the forestry reform and promote the take-off of the eco-functional economy in the Greater Khingan Range.
