甲醇制烯烃(MTO)作为一条由煤、天然气及生物质等含碳资源制备重要化学品的非石油路线,近年来备受关注.分子筛作为MTO常用的催化剂,其催化性能和MTO反应行为与其活性酸中心分布特征密切相关,认识这些关系对研发新型高效MTO催化剂和改进反应工艺具有重要意义.为此,本文简述了近年来有关分子筛活性酸中心分布与其催化性能之间关联的理论和实验研究进展.重点讨论了不同分子筛酸位分布的表征、定向调控及其对反应路线和催化动力学的影响.
Methanol-to-olefin (MTO), as a non-petroleum route for the preparation of important chemicals from carbonaceous resources such as coal, natural gas and biomass, has drawn much attention in recent years.Molecular sieve, as a common MTO catalyst, It is very important to understand the distribution of acid sites and to understand these relationships in order to develop new high efficient MTO catalysts and to improve the reaction process.Therefore, this paper briefly reviews the theoretical and experimental studies on the correlation between the active sites of zeolites and their catalytic properties in recent years This paper mainly discussed the characterization, orientation regulation and the influence on the reaction route and catalytic kinetics of different molecular sieve acid sites distribution.
