三维打印技术作为一种新型快速成型技术,广泛应用于各种领域,如工业设计、家居制造、建筑行业及军事领域等方面。随着三维打印技术研究的深入和发展,因其具有可用材料广泛、柔性高、成型速度快、技术高度集成、绿色节能等优点,逐渐渗入到医药领域。FDA于2015年7月批准首个由Aprecia制药公司采用三维打印技术制备的SPRITAM口崩片,并于2016年3月22日正式上市。这不仅标志着三维打印药物正式进入临床应用,而且证明了三维打印技术在制药领域中的重要价值。本文概述了三维打印技术在制药领域的应用,并讨论了影响药物三维打印的因素。
As a new rapid prototyping technology, 3D printing technology is widely used in various fields such as industrial design, home manufacture, construction industry and military field. With the deepening and development of 3D printing technology research, it gradually penetrates into the field of medicine due to its advantages such as wide range of available materials, high flexibility, fast forming speed, highly integrated technology and green energy saving. In July 2015, the FDA approved the first SPRITAM® orally disintegrating tablet manufactured by Aprecia Pharmaceuticals using 3D printing technology and was officially launched on March 22, This not only marks the formal entry of 3D printing drugs into clinical applications, but also demonstrates the important value of 3D printing technology in the pharmaceutical field. This article outlines the application of 3D printing technology in the pharmaceutical field and discusses the factors that affect 3D printing of medicines.
