为了改变农具手、播种机手在拖拉机后面风吹日晒,吃灰挨呛的状况,我们通过多次试验研究,研制了播种电子监视器,经使用效果良好,受到广大农场职工的欢迎。这种电子监视器不仅适用于一般麦类作物,而且适用于大豆,玉米,谷子等作物的播种。电子技术在农业机械上的应用,减轻了工人的劳动强度,改善了劳动条件,节省了劳力。装置该电子监视器播种时,只需一个驾驶员,利用装在每个排种管的光控开关电路,坐在驾驶室里通过显示指示灯的断续闪亮(种子正常下种)、熄灭(不下种)和全亮(种子在输种管堵塞),就能准确地监视播种机排种状况,随时排除故障,保证播种质量。工作原理
