为规范使用商标局网上申请系统(2017版)提交的商标网上申请,根据《中华人民共和国商标法》及《中华人民共和国商标法实施条例》,制定本规定。第一条提交商标网上申请的商标申请人及商标代理机构,应当事先与商标局签订《商标网上申请系统用户使用协议》,确认同意商标网上申请相关约定。第二条商标申请人可以自行提交网上申请,也可以委托依法设立的商标代理机构提交商标网上申请。在中国没有经常居所或者营业所的外国人或者外国企业提交商标网上申请应当委
To regulate the use of the Trademark Office online application system (2017 version) submitted by the trademark online application, according to “the People’s Republic of China Trademark Law” and “People’s Republic of China Trademark Law Enforcement Regulations”, the provisions of this provision. Article 1 The trademark applicant and the trade mark agency applying for online trademark application shall sign the “Agreement on the Use of Trademark Online Application System Users” with the Trademark Office in advance to confirm the relevant agreement on the online application of the agreed trademark.
