2013年北京市某区企业作业场所铬接触者的健康监护情况调查

目的了解北京市某区接触铬作业人员的职业健康检查及现场监测情况。方法采用现场调查法、现场检测以及作业人员职业健康检查相结合的方法进行综合分析与评价。结果现场检测结果显示,各岗位铬的检测结果均符合国家职业卫生标准;职业健康必检项目漏检率为22.2%,其中尿中β2-微球蛋白、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、肺功能、X线胸片、尿常规的漏检率分别为41.5%、7.7%、9.2%、13.8%和9.2%,鼻咽部和皮肤科检查漏检率为100%。结论该区接触铬岗位职业卫生防护设施合理,但在职业健康检查方面,应注意检查项目的完整性。 Objective To understand occupational health examination and on-site monitoring of exposed chromium workers in a district of Beijing. Methods The methods of on-site investigation, on-site testing and occupational health examination of workers were used for comprehensive analysis and evaluation. Results The results of on-site test showed that the test results of chromium in all posts were in line with the national occupational health standards. The undetected rate of occupational health check items was 22.2%, among which urine β2-microglobulin, alanine aminotransferase (ALT) Pulmonary function, chest X-ray and routine urine tests were 41.5%, 7.7%, 9.2%, 13.8% and 9.2%, respectively. The missed detection rate was 100% for nasopharynx and dermatology. Conclusion The occupational health protection facilities in the area contacted by chromium are reasonable, but in occupational health examination, the integrity of the project should be checked.
