随着中药制剂现代化发展,中药新剂型的研究已成为当前中药领域的研究热点。由于中药多成分复杂性、物质基础不明确等问题,至今还没有形成科学的中药现代剂型研究系统思路。现代中药制剂必然要考虑中药多组分的性质和多环节多靶点的整体作用特点。作者提出针对中药组分的性质和作用特点,采用多元化的制剂技术和层次化的释药方式构建中药多元释药系统。该文深入阐述了中药多元释药系统构建思路、理论依据、制备技术和评价体系以及面临的问题及解决策略,以期构建以提高中药组分生物利用度为核心的中药多元释药系统理论与技术平台,为中药制剂提供一种新的模式。
With the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine preparation, the study of new formulations of traditional Chinese medicine has become a hot spot in the field of traditional Chinese medicine. Due to the complexity of traditional Chinese medicine, the material base is not clear and so on, so far no scientific system of modern Chinese medicine formulation system has been formed. Modern Chinese medicine formulations must take into account the nature of multi-component Chinese medicine and multi-link multi-target the overall role of features. The author proposed that according to the nature and function of traditional Chinese medicine components, we should construct a multi-drug delivery system of traditional Chinese medicine by using a variety of preparation techniques and layered drug delivery methods. This article elaborates the construction thought, theoretical basis, preparation technology and evaluation system of Chinese traditional medicine multi-drug delivery system, as well as the problems and countermeasures it faces so as to construct the theory and technology of Chinese traditional medicine multi-drug delivery system with the core of improving the bioavailability of traditional Chinese medicine Platform for Chinese medicine preparations to provide a new model.
