迄今为止,企业成功的道路有许多条,各种企业家的传记也有很多,但我常想,这些成名者成功之前并没有读过他们自已的传记,而我们读过他们传记的千百万人之中也很少有人能站在他们之上,也就是说我们要走出一条适合自己,适合自己企业的道路。 办企业要象办学校一样,企业经营者不仅是一名管理者,更应是一名优秀的教师,将企业的经营理念灌输给每一个员工,“同心协力”才能将企业搞好。
So far, there are many ways for companies to succeed, and there are also many biographies for various entrepreneurs, but I often think that these successful individuals did not read their own biographies before they succeeded, and the millions of people who read their biography have succeeded.
