With the rapid industrial development, the world’s asbestos production increased rapidly. From 1877 to 1967 an increase of 80000 times, from 1970 to 1974 asbestos consumption increased from 3 million tons to 5 million tons. As a result, people exposed to asbestos and asbestos-related diseases are on the rise. Inhalation of asbestos dust can lead to pulmonary fibrosis, which has been reported in the 16th century. Large-scale epidemiological survey data confirmed that the occurrence of asbestosis and asbestos dust concentration (dose) are closely related. However, the mechanism of how to cause pulmonary fibrosis is still not clear. Over the years, various theories have been put forward in order to explain the pathogenesis of asbestosis, but none of them can satisfactorily explain the fact that only some workers are exposed to exposure to the same dust concentration of asbestos. After many years of cease of exposure, Why asbestos may still occur or continue
