电力法制工作是依法治国,建设社会主义法制国家的重要组成部分,也是电力工业改革与发展和实现经济体制与经济增长方式两个根本性转变的客观需要。特别是电力体制面临重大改革的今天,依法治国,依法决策,依法管理企业,都具有十分重要的现实意义。小龙潭电厂在“三五”普法和依法治理工作中,领导重视,积极探索,使“三五”普法和依法治理工作取得可推广借鉴的经验和成绩。
