以玉米自交系B73为试验材料,用不同浓度的5-氮胞苷处理玉米种子后,对苗期、拔节期、抽雄期形态变化以及生理指标的影响进行了研究。结果表明:一定浓度(5~10μmol/L)的5-氮胞苷对玉米生长、发育起到促进作用。SOD、POD、CAT的活力随着处理浓度的增大呈先升高后降低的趋势;可溶性蛋白含量随着处理浓度的增大呈先升高后降低的趋势;可溶性糖含量在苗期和拔节期随着处理浓度的增大呈先降低后升高的趋势,而在抽雄期随着处理浓度的增大呈现升高后降低的趋势。相关性分析表明:玉米自交系B73经过5-氮胞苷处理后其生长发育及生理指标的相关性达到显著水平。
Maize inbred line B73 was used as experimental material to study the effects of different concentrations of 5-azacytidine on maize seeds, and the effects on seedling stage, jointing stage, tasselling stage and physiological indexes were studied. The results showed that 5 ~ 10μmol / L 5-azacytidine could promote the growth and development of maize. The activities of SOD, POD and CAT increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of the treatment concentration. The content of soluble protein increased first and then decreased with the increase of the treatment concentration. The content of soluble sugar increased at the seedling stage and jointing stage With the increase of treatment concentration, the first decreased and then the second increased, but increased with the increase of treatment concentration at the tasselling stage and then decreased. Correlation analysis showed that the correlation between the growth and physiological indexes of maize inbred line B73 after 5-azacytidine treatment reached significant level.
