目的比较压力支持通气(PSV)和同步间歇指令通气(SIMV)的临床应用。方法对22例需要辅助通气的危重患者予PSV和SIMV、观察分钟通气量(MV)、潮气量(VT)、呼吸频率(f)、气道峰值压力(PIP)、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)及动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)、心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)、人机对抗情况。结果MV、VT、f、Pa-CO2、PaO2、HR、SaO2,MAP在两者无明显差异(P>0.05),但PSV时PIP明显降低,人机对抗少(P<0.01)。结论PSV优于SIMV。
Objective To compare the clinical application of pressure support ventilation (PSV) and synchronized intermittent mandatory ventilation (SIMV). Methods Twenty-two critically ill patients in need of assisted ventilation were given PSV and SIMV. The effects of minute ventilation, tidal volume, respiratory rate, PIP, ), Partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2), arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2), heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP) and man-machine confrontation. Results There were no significant differences in MV, VT, f, Pa-CO2, PaO2, HR, SaO2 and MAP between the two groups (P> 0.05) . Conclusions PSV is superior to SIMV.
