临床学习对于医学生的成长尤为重要和关键。但目前在临床教学和学习中存在一些问题，包括临床工作繁忙与临床教学的关系、如何引导医学生掌握基础知识等。本文拟通过作者在临床中工作经验和切身体会，结合临床实践，探讨在日常临床工作中完成带教任务的方法，为医学生的临床教学提供参考。“,”Clinical practice is important for the medical students. But there are some problems in the clinical education and learning, including how to deal with the conflict of busy clinical work and clinical education, how to teach the students to master the basic medical points. We will discuss the methods to carry out clinical education in the clinical work with our experiences. This will provide references for the clinical education to medical students.
