中药炮制是祖国医药学中一门古老的制药技术,它是在中医辨证用药的基础上形成和发展起来的,早在我国第一部医学书籍《内经》缪刺论篇中已有记载,“鬄其左角之发,方一寸,燔治……”。“燔左角发”即今之焖煅血余炭。随着历史的发展,在历代医家不断充实提高,中药炮制逐步地成为祖国医药宝库中一门完整的制剂学。经现代科学研究表明,中药通过炮制,内在成份发生物理与化学的变化,不但有量的变化,而且有质的变化,将炮制的饮片组方入药体现了中医辨证施治的特色。
