2006年7月27日,国家电网公司印发了《国家电网公司安全技术劳动保护七项重点措施(试行)》,以进一步贯彻落实“安全第一、预防为主”的工作方针,完善安全技术劳动保护各项措施,保护员工在电力生产活动中的安全和健康。安全技术劳动保护七项重点措施,从七个方面制定了详细的安全操作规范:防止人身触电、高处坠落、机械伤害、物体打击和噪音、中毒等人身伤害事故;防止电气误操作事故,加强防误操作管理,完善防误操作技术措施;电力安全工器具管理;安全教育培训;劳动作业环境;防止火灾事故,加强防火组织和消防设施管理及电缆防火;防止车辆行驶事故和车辆在场区作业事故等交通事故。
