民间资本投资科技型中小企业既规范了民间资本的流向,也为科技型中小企业解决融资问题提供了一个新的思路。本文以信息不对称理论为基础,对民间资本难以与科技型中小企业对接的影响因素进行了理论分析,从提高投资项目成功可以吸引投资者投资出发,构建模型并进行实证检验,发现投资项目质量信息披露程度、企业家的努力程度和投资者获得的收益份额均与投资项目成功的可能性呈正相关,在此基础上,针对科技型中小企业,提出了相应的建议。
