作者观察前庭神经炎34例,男22,女12;对其中病程经过观察较详尽者17例(男10、女7)做研究。年龄13～75岁,平均34.6岁。右侧发病者7例;左侧者10例。观察1个月至13个月,平均3.8个月。初诊时平衡功能检查包括:四肢平衡功能检查(睁眼、闭眼双足或单足直立、踏步检查),注视、头位、头位变换眼震检查,冷热试验、眼震电图(睁眼、闭眼心算负荷、遮眼、遮眼心算负荷),视标追迹检查、视动性眼震检查等。头位眼震检查系在佛氏眼镜配戴情况下取仰卧位3个头位(正中、右下、左下),悬垂位3个头位(正中、右下、左下)共6个头位。冷热试验系先用冰水2 ml在佛氏眼镜下观察。如未诱发出眼震则改用冰水60m l。如仍未诱出眼震,即认为冷热试验无反应。病程经过的观察系隔1～
