内皮祖细胞是CD34+骨髓干细胞的一个亚群,可转化为内皮细胞并参与脑缺血区域新血管生成,是增加缺血损伤区域氧气和营养供应以恢复神经功能的重要因素。因此,对缺血区域进行内皮祖细胞移植并早期活体监测其移行,对缺血性脑血管疾病的治疗、诊断、预后和疗效评估有重要意义。现就内皮祖细胞在脑缺血性疾病中的研究现状及其实验研究进展予以综述。
Endothelial progenitor cells, a subset of CD34 + bone marrow stem cells, can be transformed into endothelial cells and participate in neovascularization in ischemic areas. It is an important factor to increase oxygen supply and nutrient supply in ischemic area to restore nerve function. Therefore, the transplantation of endothelial progenitor cells into the ischemic area and early monitoring of its migration in vivo is of great significance for the treatment, diagnosis, prognosis and curative effect of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Now on the endothelial progenitor cells in cerebral ischemic disease research status and experimental research be reviewed.
