1 病例报告患者男,2岁.于1986年11月18日住院.间歇性不规则发热7月余,近3月伴有进行性面色苍白、乏力、纳差、轻咳、易跌跤,但无骨关节疼痛、出血及烦渴、多尿等症,曾用抗生素和强地松治疗无效.体检:体温38.4℃.呼吸32次/分.脉搏斗180次/分.一般情况差,慢性病容.皮肤粘膜苍白、无紫癜、皮疹及皮下结节.全身浅表淋巴结不大.颅形无异常,右额有1.5cm×2.5cm凹陷,左顶骨有1cm×2cm凹陷,无面瘫、眼球不突出,巩膜无黄染,口腔粘膜无溃疡.两肺呼吸音清晰、心音低钝.心率180次/次,律齐,未闻及杂音.腹软、肝肋下3.0cm,脾助下2.5cm.脊柱、四肢无畸形.双下肢无压病.无病理反射.

Skin mucosa pale, no purpura, rash and subcutaneous nodules .Small superficial lymph nodes are not .Craniotomy without exception, the right forehead has 1.5cm × 2.5cm depression, the left parietal 1cm × 2cm depression, no facial paralysis, the eye is not prominent, Sclera no yellow dye, no ulceration of oral mucosa .Life lungs clear sound, heart sound low blunt heart rate 180 times / times, law Qi, no smell and noise .Abdominal soft, liver ribs 3.0cm, Spleen help 2.5cm. Spine No limbs deformity. No lower limb pressure disease. No pathological reflex.
