随着精细化工市场的快速成长,对于产品的需求也在不断发生着变化,从而使得目前的精细化工一般采用小批量的方式进行生,同时其生产过程具有典型的间歇性、时变性、工艺复杂等特点。而且,大部分的精细化工材质具有一定毒性或者腐蚀性,因此精细化工的过程控制环节是至关重要的。为了进一步提升精细化工的水平,需要对其过程控制的技术特点以及发展趋势进行研究。本文主要对当前精细化工过程控制进行研究,对精细化工的技术特点进行分析,并且结合国外先进经验对精细化工过程控制技术的发展趋势进行分析。
