患儿,男,3(2/12)岁。因家庭纠纷被其母喂服杀虫脒药液半汤瓢(约4～5 ml)后神志不清4小时入院。体检:肛温不升,脉细弱,呼吸浅表,22次/分,双吸气并有呼吸暂停,血压测不出。半昏迷状,唇颊紫绀,双瞳2 mm,光反应消失,口腔无异常气味。心音低钝,心率58次/分,双肺呼吸音粗,肝右肋下0.5cm,腹壁反射未引出,无肌颤。血、尿、粪常规、血生化检查正常,胆碱酯酶
