一般认为5-羟色胺对中枢神经系统有重要作用,而5-羟色胺的转化又与脑中色氨酸的浓度直接相关,所以色氨酸对肝昏迷的发生起一定作用。本文的目的在于阐明血浆中有哪些因素能够引起肝昏迷病人脑脊液中色氨酸的升高。作者选择了3组病人,每组10例。第一组为肝硬化伴Ⅲ或Ⅳ度肝昏迷者,第二组为肝硬化而无肝性脑病者,第三组为无肝病的对照组。
It is generally believed that serotonin plays an important role in the central nervous system, and the conversion of serotonin is directly related to the concentration of tryptophan in the brain. Therefore, tryptophan plays a role in the occurrence of hepatic coma. The purpose of this article is to clarify what factors in plasma can cause elevated levels of tryptophan in cerebrospinal fluid of patients with hepatic coma. The authors chose three groups of patients, 10 in each. The first group was cirrhosis with grade III or IV hepatic coma, the second group was cirrhosis without hepatic encephalopathy, and the third group was the control group without hepatopathy.
