扁桃体恶性肿瘤以鳞状细胞癌、非霍奇金淋巴瘤多见,而神经内分泌癌(neuroen-docrine carcinoma,NEC)比较罕见。NEC能合成和分泌胺及多肽激素,好发于肺、胃肠道及泌尿系统等。Koss等(1972)首次报道3例位于扁桃体的小细胞NEC。随后国内外文献报道,发生于扁桃体的原发性NEC仅有15例。现将我科收治的2例扁桃体原发性NEC报告如下,并复习相关文献。
Tonsillar malignancies with squamous cell carcinoma, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma more common, and neuroendocrine carcinoma (neuroen-docrine carcinoma, NEC) is relatively rare. NEC can synthesize and secretion of amine and peptide hormones, occur in the lungs, gastrointestinal tract and urinary system. Koss et al (1972) for the first time reported three cases of tonsil small cell NEC. Subsequent literature reports at home and abroad, occurred in the tonsil primary NEC only 15 cases. Now we receive 2 cases of tonsil primary NEC reported below, and review the relevant literature.
