【目的】探讨低温胁迫下化控种衣剂调控大豆幼苗抗寒性的机理。【方法】以常规种衣剂(ND)包衣为对照,以化控种衣剂(HK)包衣为处理,通过室内人工模拟低温逆境的方法,研究了化控种衣剂对大豆幼苗叶片丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、可溶性糖及内源激素比值的影响,分析了上述指标在低温逆境下的动态变化规律。【结果】低温胁迫后,化控种衣剂提高了叶片POD、SOD活性和可溶性糖含量,降低了MDA含量,调节了叶片内源激素系统的动态平衡,增加了IAA/ABA、GAs/ABA、CTKs/ABA比值,化控种衣剂处理的曲线变化平缓。【结论】化控种衣剂通过促进叶片保护酶活性,降低膜质过氧化程度,增加渗透调节物质及促进型内源激素的相对比例,提高大豆幼苗的抗寒性。
【Objective】 The aim of this study was to investigate the mechanism of chemical control seed coating agent controlling the cold resistance of soybean seedlings under low temperature stress. [Method] With the conventional coating of ND as control and the control seed coating (HK) coating as treatment, the effect of chemical control coating on the growth of soybean seedling leaves (MDA), peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase (SOD), soluble sugar and endogenous hormones, the dynamic changes of these indexes under low temperature stress were analyzed. 【Result】 After low temperature stress, the chemical control seed coating increased POD, SOD activity and soluble sugar content, reduced MDA content, regulated the dynamic balance of endogenous hormones in leaves, and increased IAA / ABA, GAs / ABA, CTKs / ABA ratio, control seed coating treatment curve changes gently. 【Conclusion】 The chemical control seed coating can improve the cold resistance of soybean seedlings by promoting the activity of protective enzymes, reducing the degree of membranous peroxidation, increasing the relative proportion of osmotic adjusting substances and promoting endogenous hormones.
