目的 :研究涎腺鳞状细胞癌 (鳞癌 )的发生和发展规律 ,建立涎腺鳞癌动物模型。方法 :采用化学致癌剂———二甲基苯丙蒽植入颌下腺体内的方法 ,对 50只SD大白鼠颌下腺进行诱癌实验 ,观察肿瘤诱发情况。结果 :共诱发肿瘤 2 1例 ,均为鳞状细胞癌。结论 :用含有二甲基苯丙蒽的明胶海绵植入大鼠颌下腺体内能成功地建立颌下腺鳞癌的动物模型
Objective: To study the occurrence and development of salivary gland squamous cell carcinoma (squamous cell carcinoma) and to establish an animal model of salivary gland squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Fifty male SD rat submandibular glands were induced by cancer using the chemical carcinogen --- dimethylbenzoflavin implanted into the submandibular gland. The tumor induction was observed. Results: A total of 21 cases of tumor were induced, all squamous cell carcinoma. CONCLUSIONS: Implantation of gelatin sponge containing MDMA in the submandibular gland of rats can successfully establish an animal model of submandibular adenosquamous carcinoma
