目的探讨小泛素样修饰蛋白特异性蛋白酶(SENP)在人脑胶质瘤中的表达变化及与临床病理分级相关性。方法选择神经外科手术切除的脑胶质瘤组织43例作为胶质瘤组,尸解来源的正常脑组织9例作为对照组;Western blot法检测胶质瘤组与对照组中SENP1、SENP2、SENP6蛋白表达变化,并分析SENP蛋白表达量与患者临床病理分级之间关系。结果胶质瘤组织中SENP1、SENP2、SENP6蛋白表达量[分别为(0.47±0.12)、(0.78±0.17)、(0.94±0.21)]均明显增加,与对照组[分别为(0.35±0.03)、(0.36±0.13)、(0.23±0.08)]比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);脑胶质瘤组织中SENP1、SENP2、SENP6蛋白表达量与患者临床病理分级呈正相关(r=0.82、0.83、0.91,均P<0.05)。结论胶质瘤组织中SENP蛋白表达明显升高,SENP蛋白表达量与胶质瘤发生发展密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of small ubiquitin-like modified protein-specific protease (SENP) in human glioma and its relationship with clinicopathological grade. Methods Thirty-three patients with glioma resected by neurosurgical resection were selected as glioma group and 9 as normal control group. The expression of SENP1, SENP2, SENP6 in glioma group and control group Protein expression changes, and analyze the relationship between SENP protein expression and clinical pathological grade. Results The expression of SENP1, SENP2 and SENP6 in glioma tissues were significantly higher than that in the control group [(0.47 ± 0.12), (0.78 ± 0.17), (0.94 ± 0.21) , (0.36 ± 0.13), (0.23 ± 0.08)] respectively, the difference was statistically significant (all P <0.05). The expression of SENP1, SENP2 and SENP6 in glioma tissues was positively correlated with the clinicopathological grade = 0.82,0.83,0.91, all P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of SENP protein in glioma tissues is significantly increased, and the expression of SENP protein is closely related to the occurrence and development of glioma.
